Required Documents for Evaluation:

  • Photocopies of all academic transcripts and certificates (including professional certifications, if any)
  • IELTS/TOEFL/PTE result
  • Copy of valid passport
  • Two passport-sized photographs

Note: No file opening or registration fees apply.

Ensure all academic documents are properly attested or notarized by the relevant authority—this may include the institution attended, education board, or foreign ministry, based on the specific university’s requirements.

Postgraduate applicants must submit a detailed CV, two Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and documented work experience as required by the university.

Provide a valid bank solvency certificate in accordance with the institution’s financial documentation guidelines.

Submit financial documents to the university for GSR (Genuine Student Requirement) assessment. In the GSR process, the university may conduct a GS interview. Upon GSR approval, the university issues an unconditional offer letter

Submit sponsor documents (anyone can be a sponsor, but first-blood relatives are preferred)

  • Must show minimum funds equivalent to 1 year’s tuition + living expenses, maintained in the sponsor’s bank account for at least 3–4 months
  • Amount may vary depending on sponsor’s relationship and number of dependents

Required Financial Documents:

  • Bank statement & solvency certificate
  • TIN Certificate
  • Salary certificate or job certificate
  • Trade license (if applicable)
  • Property/revenue documentation
  • Affidavit of financial support

After receiving an unconditional offer letter, students can pay tuition fees and OSHC (Overseas Student Health Cover) through bank transfer (only pay directly to the university's account).

Receive an eCOE (Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment) from the university and get ready for the visa application

After receiving the Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE), students must submit updated documents, including recent bank statements. Additional required documents may include a police clearance certificate, proof of relationship (such as birth certificates or national IDs), and other supporting materials as per visa requirements.

Students must apply for the Student Visa (Subclass 500) online through the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) portal, and pay the visa application fee of AUD 1,600. After submission, students are required to complete biometrics and medical examinations at DHA-authorized centers.

The visa processing time typically ranges from 4 to 16 weeks, depending on individual circumstances. For students under the age of 18, evidence of welfare and parental consent arrangements is mandatory.

Ensure all financial documents and sponsor information are accurate, complete, and consistent to facilitate smooth processing and avoid delays.
